The
Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau will make hotel assignments upon receipt
of this official form. All reservations must be made through the housing department
to receive the conference-discounted rates. Reservations will not be accepted
by phone. All reservations, changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing
prior to February 23. Any changes or cancellations after February
23 must be made directly with your assigned hotel. Please contact the housing
department at (626) 795-9311 if you have not received an acknowledgment letter
within 30 days of submitting your form. Hotel check-in is 3 p.m. and
check-out is noon.
