Summary

National Office Contact
Evonda Acevedo, (302) 831-1181

As part of its ongoing commitment to scholarship in the profession, the American Philosophical Association sponsors lectures and awards that are funded through the generosity of foundations and individuals. The APA's Committee on Lectures, Publications, and Research (LPR) oversees APA awards (with a few exceptions). The LPR Chair for 2007-08 is Walter Sinnott-Armstrong (Dartmouth College). Announcements of competitions and winners are made in the APA's Proceedings and Addresses, as well as (and more immediately) on our website. Several prizes are sponsored individually by specific divisions.

APA Prizes, Fellowships, and Lectures
All awards are selected by the APA Committee on Lectures, Publications, and Research, unless otherwise noted. For more application or nomination details, please consult the APA website, or write to Evonda Acevedo (eacevedo@udel.edu) at the National Office.
